Role overview
This role combines hands-on electronics engineering with AI training responsibilities. You will work on the research, development, and validation of electronic components and systems used across commercial, industrial, military, and scientific domains.
Alongside traditional engineering work, you will contribute to improving AI systems by mentoring and training them in electronics engineering concepts and applications. The position is suited for professionals with a strong grounding in electronics who are comfortable working on technically complex initiatives and collaborating across teams.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Conducting research and contributing to the design, development, and testing of electronic components and integrated systems
- Applying principles of electronic theory and materials science to develop circuits and components used in telecommunications, aerospace, propulsion control, acoustics, and instrumentation
- Using CAD and other computer-assisted engineering tools to support electronic systems development
- Reviewing and assessing electronics engineering projects to confirm technical soundness, effectiveness, and alignment with industry standards
- Overseeing and coordinating activities related to manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification of electronic equipment and systems
- Working with engineers, customers, and vendors to discuss project direction and refine technical solutions
- Training and mentoring AI systems to strengthen their understanding and application of electronics engineering principles

- Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field (excluding computer engineering)
- Individuals without experience in electronic theory, circuit design, or materials science
- Professionals who have not worked with CAD or computer-assisted engineering tools
- Candidates who are not comfortable coordinating engineering efforts across teams
Technical background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field (excluding computer engineering)
- Strong foundation in electronic theory, circuit design, and materials science
- Experience with CAD tools and computer-assisted engineering software
- Ability to assess and resolve complex electronics engineering problems
- Experience coordinating projects across cross-functional remote teams
Preferred:
- Experience in radio frequency (RF) engineering or RFID device specialization
- Research and development experience within aerospace, telecommunications, or military environments
- Prior experience as an AI Trainer or in a technical education capacity
