What you’ll actually be doing
- Apply mechanical engineering principles to train and evaluate AI systems focused on mechanical design, manufacturing, and R&D tasks
- Interpret engineering sketches, blueprints, and technical drawings, providing feedback to improve AI model accuracy
- Develop test cases, scenarios, and datasets based on real-world mechanical systems assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering staff and AI developers to identify gaps in machine understanding and enhance technical datasets
- Review project instructions to simulate common engineering challenges for AI learning modules
- Translate complex mechanical concepts into clear, actionable data points and documentation for AI consumption
- Support engineers and AI trainers on technical queries related to mechanical fabrication, testing, or system adjustments

Technical background

- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to assemble and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
